Renowned military sight and scope manufacturer Trijicon Inc. has filed suit against the Obama administration over the Health and Human Services mandate for employers to provide coverage for contraception and abortion services.

The mandate is a directive springing from Obamacare which demands that nearly all businesses that employ more than 50 employees provide “insurance coverage for abortion-inducing drugs and devices, sterilization, and contraception under threat of heavy penalties.” Employers are mandated to do this “regardless of their religious or moral convictions.”
