Minnesota Democrats are quickly pushing along 2 bills through the Senate that would significantly impede gun owners’ ability to defend themselves within their own home or property.

HF 4300 and SF 4312 are identical “safe storage” bills that would make you a criminal for not keeping your firearms locked away at ALL times. This means guns, ammo, parts, cleaning kits, and ANYTHING they deem as “firearm related” may not be stored, kept, or left in any place other than a locked firearm storage unit!

In self-defense situations, seconds can determine life or death. Bills like HF 4300 and SF 4312 handicap citizens in moments where defending life, family, and property requires swift action. Democrats in the legislature show complete disregard for their constituents right to self-defense by making legally owned firearms harder to quickly and readily access.
